Poleth is an Associate at GCIX. Her practice focuses on compliance, corporate law, and regulatory matters. Before joining GCIX, she worked at JDM Consultores, specializing in tax consulting and legal defense in fiscal matters.

She holds a Law degree from Universidad de Guadalajara and is currently furthering her specialization with a postgraduate diploma in Compliance at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
